In the last edition, we considered some case studies of men of God in the bible who received the fulfillment of God's promises after a longtime and overcame the power of weariness. There are many promises in the Scripture and even though they tarry, the repeated confession and believe in them bring manifestation.
What are some of the promises of God?
1. Fruitfulness - Deuteronomy 7:14 "Thou shall be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle."
2. Dominion - Genesis 1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."
3. Prosperity - Proverbs 16:3 "Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established." Every success we see today are products of the mind - thought. Read also Proverb 3:5-6
4. Divine Healing - Isaiah 53:5 "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." 3 John 1:2, Malachi 4:2
5. Divine Provision - Philippians 4:19 "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
6. Divine Guidance - Isaiah 30:21 "And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left."
7. Divine Protection - Proverbs 18:10 "The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe."
What is it that you are believing God for? I encourage you from this moment to stay focused on God and believe His promises. Do not be weary, do not be discouraged because He will make all things beautiful in His own time.
The fact that you are experience failures or the opposite of God's promises today does not negate the fact that His REAL promises are on your way.
You may be sick now; I proclaim His divine healing over your spirit, soul and body.
You may be poor now; I proclaim His abundance and prosperity upon you in Jesus name.
You may have been dominated and suppressed thus far; let His dominion power rule over your life and every dominating powers give way.
You may be barren now; receive His fruitfulness in your life, body and business.
Whatever circumstances in your life that have been moving in the opposite directions of God's promises, I command a reversal now in Jesus name. Let all things in your life align to God's word and His promises. Amen.
Benefits of Not Being Weary:
1. You are obedient and this qualifies you to receive.
2. Your faith and trust in God is firmly built up and unshakable.
3. It positions you to receive the manifestation.
Major Causes of Weariness:
1. Anxiety. The bible teaches to be careful for nothing but rather focus on prayers and thanksgiving. Philippians 4:6
2. Prayerlessness. Prayer is recommended to bring down the blessings. Mathew 7:7
3. Lack of the Study of God's Word. The Word of God enlightens us of our inheritance in Christ Jesus and you cannot receive what you are not knowledgeable about. Jeremiah 15:16
4. Disobedience. Hebrews 2:1-2
5. Worldliness. 1 John 2:15-17
6. Lack of faith. Hebrews 11:6 "But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
In conclusion, you can only make bold claim on the promises of God if you are born again. Are you born again? IF NO - there is hope for you today because the bible says in John 3:16 that, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Romans 10:10 says, "For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Lord Jesus, I confess all my sins and make a commitment to forsake them, please forgive me. I believe in my heart that you died on the cross for the remission of my sins and I confess you with my mouth as my personal Lord and saviour.
I confess that I am born again. Lord Jesus, accept me as one of your own; write my name in the book of life; come into my heart and teach me to live the remaining days of my life for You.

1. Ask for forgiveness over your weariness towards God's promises.
2. Father, make your grace available continually over my life to persevere.
3. Father, increase faith in me and help me to do away with all forms of doubts and unbelief.
4. Father, cause every negative experience in my life to align to Your promises.
5. Father, restore your promises that have slipped away from my life due to anxiety and weariness.
