The issue of customer care and customer service has always been a topic of serious discussions. Various people have had diverse experiences as relate to customer care and service.

Personally, I have had nasty experiences with customer care cutting across various organisations/firms. We encourage everyone to share his/her experience whether pleasant or horrible.
