After taking home the Android "2011 Best App Ever" award for its 106 & Park app, BET Networks has released its BET Awards '13 app — a fun, interactive way to view and participate in this year's awards ceremony. 

 

The app was designed to enhance the viewer's overall experience of the long-running annual award show. For instance, "The Lineup," a unique "co-viewing" experience on the app allows users to predict the order of the performers before the show starts for a chance to win prizes, including a celebrity gift bag, autographed T-shirts and the official BET Awards' 13 microphone. Also, a shuffle hockey game included in the app rewards viewers with more votes for their favorite artists as they move up in skill level. 

 

In addition to the games and interactive experience, the BET Awards '13 app features thousands of photos and details on every nominee, winner, honoree and memorable moments throughout the show's twelve year history.
